Pack 100pcs of Edge tactical eyewear corded Earplugs reusable

Instructions :

1. With clean hands, use fingers to roll earplug into a thin cylinder.
2. Reach free hand behind head and pull ear up and back
3. Insert rounded end of earplug inside ear canal
4. Hold in place for 30 seconds until earplug expands
5. repeat for other ear.

Check for Proper fit :

Press cupped hands tightly over both ears while listening to a steady noise.
If the plugs were inserted properly, the noice level should sound nearly the same whether or not the ears are covered.

Ensure hearing protection :

The level of noise entering a person's ear, when the earplugs are worn as directed, is appoximated by the difference between the A-weighted environmental noise leverl and the nose reduction rating ( NRR ).
