Upgrade your Hi-CAPA 5.1 with this premium outer barrel for enhanced precision and a customized shooting experience.

Installation (Refer to the instruction sheet included with the airsoft gun)

1. Open the instruction manual included with the airsoft gun, and refer to chapter 11 for maintenance and disassembly to remove the outer barrel assembly from the slide.

2. Spread the portion of the outer barrel (H51-24) surrounding the hop-up dial (H51-30) sideways, and pull the chamber assembly out from the rear of the outer barrel.

3. Unscrew two S-TITE flat head screws M2×6 (H51-32), and remove the left chamber cover (H51-28).

4. Remove the O-ring (H51-29), hop-up dial (H51-30), hop-up lever (H51-31), and reassemble the left chamber cover (H51-28). Then, reinstall the two S-TITE flat head screws M2×6 (H51-32) back to their original position.

5. Assemble the hop tensioner retention plate and hop tensioner as shown in the picture.

6. Insert the chamber assembly into the TDC Outer Barrel, ensuring the hop tensioner is in the position shown in the picture. Tighten the included hex socket set screw enough to where it sits flush with the surface of the outer barrel.

7. Screw the hex socket set screw equally on both sides of the outer barrel to fix it in position.

8. Reassemble the barrel assembly and the slide.
