8mm gearbox in black anodized 7075 aluminum.
The Sopmod M4 gearbox for Tokyo Marui Next Gen is fully milled in our CNC machining warehouse.
Compared to other aluminum gearboxes, it is made of AW EN7075 T651 aluminum block (Dural) which has higher strength (590MPa) than common structural steel (390MPa).
Due to the material used, our Gearboxes have the best durability and resilience than the Zinc-Aluminum Gearboxes (original version).
We manufacture these gearboxes on our precise CNC milling machines in our factory.
The detail in brackets (8 mm) means the diameter of the bushing / bearings.

We have made some useful improvements to our SR25 CNC Gearboxes:
The bushing / bearing holes have a smaller diameter of approximately -0.02 mm (7.98 mm), so as not to overturn the bushing during installation.
The edges of the holes are cut for better installation.
We have improved the grooves for 1mm wiring, now you can use 2.5mm diameter wiring.
Protective edge added for wiring against the motor.
The two parts of the gearbox are centered by grooves and countersunk edges.
Added a hole to release the Anti-reversal latch.
For better durability we have added more material around the cylinder head portion of the gearbox.
The space for the mechanical switch is designed to be compatible with electronic trigger switches like mosfets, for example: Gate, etc.

The CNC Gearbox can only be installed in airsoft guns NEXT GEN M4 Tokyo Marui.
It even means for interior parts.
Do not use brutal force during installation.
Only use a tightening torque of 1Nm on the screws, otherwise the screws may jump into the thread of the body it is not necessary to tighten the screws with brute force, if you want to be sure that the screws will be perfectly adjusted, use thread locker or thread color.
You can use any spring you want in our CNC gearbox, but be aware that stronger springs will result in less durability.

The installation of the internal parts and the gearbox requires professional knowledge, experience and skills.
There are many airsoft manufacturers in the market and each of them make their own sizes, there are no standards like ISO engineering in airsoft.
This is the main problem with a lot of interior and exterior parts from different manufacturers which may be the same product, but with different dimensions.
We recommend that you only use parts from manufacturers with Tokyo Marui compatible parts, where compatibility with our CNC gearbox should not be a problem.
